What we Offer

I offer a range of services to meet the needs of every client and I am credentialed with a number of insurance companies.

  • Flexible, expert advice when you need it. Book hourly support across a range of topics—from planning to problem-solving. This focused consultation will help clarify your goals, map out next steps, and identify opportunities for growth.

  • Similar to one on one counseling, but for urgent / emergency care after hours or on weekends.

  • Ketamine‑Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) combines the use of ketamine with psychotherapy to support emotional healing, reduce symptoms of depression and anxiety, and help clients access deeper insight.

    KAP includes:

    • Preparation sessions

    • Guided ketamine experiences

    • Integration sessions

One on One Counseling ($180 per hour)
$180.00

45-60 minute sessions where we focus on you, your goals, and provide space for you to navigate topics affecting you. Sessions are typically billed through insurance. Your out-of-pocket expenses will be determined by your insurance. I do offer a sliding scale one a case-by-case basis.

Concierge Service
$150.00

$150 per 30-minute phone call. Life doesn’t always happen between 9 and 5. If you are in urgent need of support after hours or weekends, I will make myself available to you, provided I am in a physical space that allows for confidential communication. This fee will be out-of-pocket and not billed through insurance.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy
$500.00

Ketamine Therapy contains multiple integrated sessions:

  • 1-hour Intention setting session with me (can be billed through insurance) - $180 per hour unless other arrangements have been made

  • 30-minute screening session with Ketamine provider (can be billed through insurance)

  • 3-hour individual KAP session - $500 per session for individual sessions/ $250 per session for groups (limited to 4)

  • 1-hour Integration session with me (can be billed through insurance) - $180 per hour unless other arrangements have been made
