  • I spent 25 years in the Army and I am not a native to MN so I do not speak “MN Nice” and I do not do passive aggressive. I believe in direct, respectful, and honest communication, or “Dr. H” for short.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one to two business days.

    • A standard 1-hour session is $180/hour and can be billed through insurance.

    • Concierge service, for emergency situations during non-business hours is $150 per 30-minutes. Is not run through insurance.
